We are looking for a Web developer to join our team immediately. We need you to help us develop eye catchy websites (using CMS platforms or coding from the ground up) that match the industry standard and beyond. Bonus points if you have experience setting up automation or developing web apps or plugins for WordPress or Shopify.

You will work with our graphic designers and copy writers to help you create and execute the vision. If you're someone with a great sense of aesthetics and are passionate about developing responsive websites and web applications, we're looking for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pixel-perfect, high-quality website for clients.
• Create landing pages that convert.
• Integrate necessary marketing and automation tools on the website
• Manage the ongoing operation of the company website: content uploading, updating, publishing, and testing as per the request.
• Improve the design of existing pages to maintain a consistent design language.
• Build web pages based on our team's PSD/Sketch or wireframe designs.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues caused by bad code or content.
• Stay current with the latest best practices and contribute to the team's overall knowledge.
• Efficiently manage your workload and accurately record your time worked on each project.
• Ensure your knowledge of web design and the wider digital industry is kept up-to-date and relevant.
• Analyze the web traffic and come up with necessary updates.
• Take ownership of your work and bring your own ideas and creativity to the table - We want someone who isn't afraid to speak their mind!

Experience / Knowledge Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience using WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, Ruby)
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Experience planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations
• Responsible, accountable, and organized self-starter who consistently demonstrates initiative
• Strong ability to collaborate with the individuals of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and positive results
• A keen eye for detail

• Working knowledge on any of the following: Web applications development, Wordpress and/or Shopify plugin development, Mobile app development, and web services, such as APIs, CSS, CSS3, cross-browser compatibility, JQuery, ReactJS, React Native, security principles, REST, SOAP, and web user interface design (UI).
